By booking this service, client agrees that:

• A signed service agreement will be required to finalize the booking

• Overtime is billed at $75 per 30 minutes and must be paid before event end

• Client is responsible for providing adequate space and power

• V&V’s Event Co. is not responsible for guest misuse, damage, or technical issues caused by venue or guests

• Travel or late-night fees may apply
