This package includes all partial planning services plus day-of coordination.
• Budget management: creating and tracking a full budget to stay on target
• Vendor sourcing and booking: researching, presenting options, and managing contracts for all vendors (venue, catering, photo/video, florist, entertainment, rentals, etc)
• Comprehensive design assistance: full design board, theme development, décor curation, and rental selections with ongoing styling input
• Unlimited communication and meetings: hands-on planning support whenever you need it
• Logistics management: timelines, transportation, accommodations, and guest coordination if needed, as well as help with honeymoon details
• Rehearsal and ceremony direction: complete execution to ensure smooth flow
• Wedding week support: available for all final confirmations and walk-throughs
Coordinator Assignment:
Coordination services may be fulfilled by Vanessa Reeves or another experienced V&V’s Event Co. lead coordinator, such as Madison/vana, depending on availability. All coordinators are trained to the same standards to ensure a consistent, high-quality experience.

Important Booking Terms
By booking this service, the client acknowledges that a signed service agreement is required to finalize the reservation. final details will be confirmed upon contract execution. V&V’s Event Co. is not responsible for damage or misuse caused by guests or venue limitations.A formal contract will be issued after retainer fee is paid.
