This service includes comprehensive on-site coordination to ensure your wedding day flows seamlessly from start to finish.
Services Include:
Comprehensive venue walkthrough conducted prior to the wedding day
Customized wedding day timeline creation, management, and execution
Vendor coordination, communication, and confirmation beginning one (1) month prior to the event
Complete on-site wedding day coordination, including ceremony management, processional guidance, and event flow execution
Professional coordination team consisting of a dedicated lead coordinator and assistant coordinator
Coordination and oversight of décor setup and breakdown to ensure all design elements are properly placed and removed according to plan
Unlimited communication and planning support throughout the coordination period
Management of wedding day logistics, vendor arrivals, timeline adherence, and guest-facing operations
Comprehensive oversight of all event details to ensure a seamless, organized, and stress-free celebration
Coverage Includes:
• Full wedding day coverage
Coordination services may be fulfilled by Vanessa Reeves or another experienced V&V’s Event Co. lead coordinator, such as Madison/Lipsi depending on availability. All coordinators are trained to the same standards to ensure a consistent, high-quality experience. Please reach out to us to confirm date availability.
Retainer fee is 50% of final balance
