This service includes comprehensive on-site coordination to ensure your wedding day flows seamlessly from start to finish.
Services Include:
• Venue walkthrough prior to the wedding day
• Custom wedding-day timeline creation and full timeline management
• Vendor communication and confirmations beginning one (1) month prior to the wedding
• Rehearsal attendance with ceremony flow guidance
• On-site wedding day coordination
• Dedicated wedding coordinator plus one (1) assistant
• Unlimited communication during the coordination period
• Oversight of all logistics to ensure a seamless, stress-free wedding day
Coverage Includes:
• Up to 12 hours of wedding-day coverage
Additional Time:
• Any coverage exceeding 12 hours will be billed separately at an hourly rateCoordinator Assignment:
Coordination services may be fulfilled by Vanessa Reeves or another experienced V&V’s Event Co. lead coordinator, such as Madison/Vana, depending on availability. All coordinators are trained to the same standards to ensure a consistent, high-quality experience. Please reach out to us to confirm date availability.
Retainer fee is 50% of final balance

By booking this service, the client acknowledges that a signed service agreement is required to finalize the reservation. final details will be confirmed upon contract execution. V&V’s Event Co. is not responsible for damage or misuse caused by guests or venue limitations.
